Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the information provided and the agreed scope. If the home condition or requested scope changes, pricing and timing may be adjusted before work begins.

Access and safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and identifying any special instructions, fragile items, hazards, pets, or restricted areas before the appointment.

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees may apply for late cancellations, lockouts, or appointments where access is unavailable.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, contact us promptly so we can review and make it right according to the booked scope.
